These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NuvRoam website, digital travel guides, PDF/eBook products, curated maps and related digital content.

By browsing our website, purchasing a digital product or accessing any NuvRoam content, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

Please note: NuvRoam is not affiliated with Google, Google Maps or Google My Maps. Travel information may change — always verify opening hours, prices, availability and booking conditions directly with the provider before visiting.

NuvRoam creates digital travel guides, PDF/eBook products and curated travel map resources.

2. Our products

NuvRoam sells digital travel products, which may include:

  • PDF travel guides;
  • eBook files;
  • curated Google Maps or Google My Maps links;
  • lists of restaurants, cafes, hotels, viewpoints, walks, activities and places to visit;
  • bonus digital materials;
  • product updates, where stated on the product page.

The exact contents of each product are described on the relevant product page before purchase.

The first NuvRoam product is a digital travel guide for Barcelona, which may include a PDF/eBook and a curated map with saved places.

3. Digital-only product

All NuvRoam products are digital products. No physical product will be shipped.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a compatible device, internet connection, email access, PDF reader and access to Google Maps or Google My Maps where required.

4. Product descriptions

We try to describe our products accurately. However, travel information can change over time.

Restaurants, cafes, hotels, routes, attractions, opening hours, prices, availability, booking conditions, transport schedules and local rules may change without notice.

NuvRoam does not guarantee that every place, route, price, opening hour, activity or recommendation will remain available or unchanged after publication.

Before visiting any place or making a booking, you should verify the latest details directly with the relevant provider, official website or booking platform.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website before purchase.

The final price, currency, taxes and any applicable charges will be shown before you place your order.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant-of-record service. The payment provider may have its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

6. Order confirmation and delivery

After successful payment, you will receive access to your digital product through one or more of the following methods:

  • email delivery;
  • download link;
  • customer access page;
  • Google Maps or Google My Maps link;
  • other digital delivery method shown at checkout.

Delivery is normally instant or shortly after successful payment. In some cases, delays may occur because of payment checks, email delivery issues, spam filters, technical problems or third-party service delays.

If you do not receive access after payment, contact us at nuvroam@gmail.com. Please include your order email and order number if available.

7. Immediate access to digital content

Because NuvRoam products are digital products, access may begin immediately after purchase.

Before completing your purchase, you may be asked to confirm that:

  • you request immediate access to the digital content; and
  • you acknowledge that once digital delivery or access begins, you may lose your right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

This confirmation may be required through a separate checkbox at checkout.

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

However, for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right may be lost once digital performance or access begins, provided that you have given prior express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.

This means that if you purchase a NuvRoam digital product, request immediate access and receive the PDF, eBook, download link, map link or other digital content, refunds are generally not available simply because you changed your mind.

We may still issue a refund at our discretion in situations such as:

  • duplicate accidental purchase;
  • technical failure caused by us that prevents access to the product;
  • product not delivered and the issue cannot be resolved;
  • incorrect product delivered;
  • other exceptional cases reviewed by our support team.

Refund requests can be submitted through nuvroam@gmail.com or through the Withdrawal / Refund Request page on our website.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

9. Withdrawal / Refund Request page

Where required by applicable law, NuvRoam may provide an electronic function that allows consumers to submit a withdrawal or refund request online.

This function may ask for:

  • your name;
  • email address;
  • order number;
  • product purchased;
  • purchase date;
  • reason for the request, if you choose to provide one;
  • confirmation of the request.

After submitting a request, you may receive confirmation by email.

10. Personal use license

When you purchase a NuvRoam digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for your own personal travel planning.

You may:

  • download and read the PDF/eBook for personal use;
  • use the curated map for your own personal trip planning;
  • save the product for your own personal reference;
  • print a copy for personal use, where technically possible.

You may not:

  • resell the product;
  • share the PDF, download link, map link or access link publicly;
  • upload the product to file-sharing platforms, Telegram channels, forums, social media groups or public websites;
  • copy the database of places and sell or publish it as your own;
  • use the product to create a competing commercial guide;
  • remove copyright notices or branding;
  • claim that NuvRoam content is your own;
  • distribute the product to people who have not purchased it.

11. Intellectual property

All NuvRoam content, including text, structure, design, guide layout, curated selections, map organization, branding, product names and original materials, is owned by NuvRoam or licensed to NuvRoam unless otherwise stated.

You do not acquire ownership of any intellectual property rights by purchasing or accessing a NuvRoam product.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

12. Third-party content and services

NuvRoam products may refer to or link to third-party services, including:

  • Google Maps;
  • Google My Maps;
  • restaurants;
  • cafes;
  • hotels;
  • booking platforms;
  • transport providers;
  • official tourism websites;
  • activity providers;
  • other travel-related services.

These third-party services are not controlled by NuvRoam.

We are not responsible for their availability, prices, opening hours, booking conditions, service quality, privacy practices, cancellation rules or content.

13. Google Maps and Google My Maps

Some NuvRoam products may include curated Google Maps or Google My Maps links.

Google Maps and Google My Maps are third-party services provided by Google. Your use of Google Maps or Google My Maps is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy.

NuvRoam is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Google Maps or Google My Maps.

Google, Google Maps and Google My Maps are trademarks or services of Google LLC.

We cannot guarantee that Google Maps, Google My Maps, map layers, saved places, links or access permissions will always work without interruption or changes.

14. Accuracy of travel information

NuvRoam makes reasonable efforts to create useful and carefully curated travel content.

However, travel information is dynamic and may change quickly.

You are responsible for checking current information before relying on any recommendation, including:

  • opening hours;
  • prices;
  • reservation requirements;
  • transport schedules;
  • local restrictions;
  • safety information;
  • weather conditions;
  • accessibility;
  • visa, entry or travel requirements.

NuvRoam is not responsible for losses, delays, disappointment, missed bookings, closed venues, changed prices or other issues caused by outdated or changed third-party information.

15. No professional travel, legal or safety advice

NuvRoam provides general travel information and curated recommendations.

Our content is not professional legal, financial, medical, safety, visa, immigration or official travel advice.

You are responsible for making your own travel decisions and checking official sources where needed.

16. Product updates

Some NuvRoam products may include updates. Updates are provided only where stated on the product page.

Unless explicitly stated, purchasing a product does not guarantee lifetime updates.

We may update, modify, improve, remove or replace parts of the product from time to time.

17. Account, email and access security

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address used for purchase is correct and accessible.

If you lose access to your email account, delete the product email or cannot access your map link, contact us and we will try to help, but we cannot guarantee access restoration in every case.

You must not share private access links publicly.

18. Prohibited use

You must not use the website or products:

  • for unlawful purposes;
  • to infringe intellectual property rights;
  • to scrape, copy or extract the product database for commercial use;
  • to interfere with website security;
  • to attempt unauthorized access to systems;
  • to distribute malware, spam or harmful content;
  • to harass, abuse or harm others.

19. Availability of the website

We try to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, security events, payment provider issues or third-party service interruptions.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NuvRoam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, travel disruption, missed reservations, disappointment, additional travel costs or losses caused by third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

21. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have mandatory rights related to digital content, conformity, remedies, withdrawal and information before purchase.

If any part of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory consumer law will prevail.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

24. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws determined by the seller’s place of business and mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
